We can manage sound, lighting, video, staging, presentation systems, show crew and logistics across the full run. Before the first date, we review each venue, access requirements and local constraints, then plan what stays consistent and what needs to change.
That means the brand, show flow and technical standard remain familiar from city to city, while the equipment is still appropriate for the room it is actually going into.
Useful when the schedule is tight
Roadshows often have short turnarounds and very little recovery time between dates. We plan packing, transport, spares and crew around the schedule so the next venue is ready for us rather than becoming tomorrow morning’s surprise.
