Seminar theatres and conference rooms are often a major part of an exhibition programme. They need to sound good, look professional and turn around quickly between speakers.
We provide sound, screens, projection, lighting, staging, microphones, presentation playback and technical crew for exhibition conference spaces, whether the room holds 100 delegates or 1,000.
We start with the programme, room layout and speaker format, then build the technical plan around them. That includes panel sessions, audience Q&A, presentation playback, recording and streaming where required.
We support exhibition organisers across Leeds, Manchester and throughout the UK, including multi-day events with several seminar spaces running at the same time.
Exhibitor AV & Stand Equipment
Exhibitors increasingly want screens, displays, audio and simple presentation systems on their stands. The awkward bit is getting it there, setting it up and sorting it when somebody changes their mind during build.
AYRE can provide exhibitor equipment as part of the wider event production, with ordering handled through our dedicated hire platform at hire.ayre.events.
For organisers, we can agree the equipment range, pricing structure and delivery process in advance so exhibitors have a clear route to order what they need.
Our team delivers and sets up the equipment directly at the venue, so exhibitors are not trying to carry screens and stands through a loading bay themselves.
Where it makes sense, we can also hold spare equipment on site during build and show days for last-minute requirements and replacements.
For clients who have breakdowns, or missing equipment of their own, we’re able to provide an onsite ‘pop-up shop’, where exhibition stand holders can hire equipment during setup days.
