Event Production

Good event production starts long before a truck arrives at the venue. We get involved early, understand what the event needs to achieve, and build the technical plan around that.

AYRE provides event production for conferences, awards, exhibitions, roadshows, corporate events and live shows across the UK. Sound, lighting, video, staging, set, presentation support and crew can all sit with one team, which makes life considerably easier when the pressure is on.

You can hand us the full technical brief or bring us in for the parts you need. Either way, we will tell you what is worth doing, what is not, and where the budget is better spent. No kit list for the sake of a kit list.

If the brief is still a bit woolly, that is fine too. Start with the event, the room and the audience. We will work the rest out with you.

Technical production that does the job properly.

Audio, lighting, video, staging, rigging and show systems all need to work as one production. Our team plans the system, prepares it properly and runs it on site.

That means fewer suppliers to chase, fewer gaps between departments and one team accountable for the technical delivery.

Stages, sets and spaces that work for the event.

A stage should fit the room, the audience and what is actually happening on it. The same goes for screens, set, furniture and breakout spaces.

We design practical production layouts that look right on camera and in the room, while still allowing presenters, crew and delegates to move around without fighting the set.

Print, content & video

Need presentation graphics, printed signage, video content or event branding? We can manage those alongside the technical production so everything arrives in the right format, at the right time, and actually works on the day.

The useful stuff around the edges

We also help with the less glamorous bits that still have to happen: storage, shipping, event logistics and moving client materials between venues.

If it makes the event easier to deliver, there is a good chance we can take it off your list.
