An awards night is a live show. There are winners, walk-up music, videos, presenters, speeches, lighting cues, cameras and an audience waiting for the next thing to happen. Once it starts, you cannot stop and have another go.
AYRE provides complete technical production for awards ceremonies and gala dinners, including staging, set, sound, lighting, screens, video playback, show calling and crew.
We have delivered awards events in hotels, arenas, conference venues and purpose-built event spaces across Yorkshire and the UK. Every room is different, so we design the production around the venue, the audience and the running order rather than dropping in a standard package.

See it before we build it
Before we get to site, we can produce proper event visuals so you can see how the stage, set, screens and lighting will sit in the room.
It makes approvals easier, gives everyone something useful to work from and reduces surprises when build day arrives.
Stage & Set
The stage is where the important bits happen, so it needs to work for presenters, winners, photographs and the audience.
We size the stage to suit the room and can add steps, ramps, carpet, lecterns, furniture and branded scenic elements. Sets can be built from our modular stock or designed specifically for the event when the brief needs something different.
Sound, Lighting, Video & Show Control
Awards shows rely on timing. Microphones need to be live, videos need to start on cue, winner slides need to be right and walk-up music cannot appear ten seconds late.
We build the audio, lighting and video system around the running order, then put an experienced show team behind it. That includes playback, lighting cues, sound, presentation control and show calling where required.
Regional & Multi-Venue Awards
Taking the same awards programme into several venues is not a copy-and-paste job. Access changes, rigging changes, room layouts change and sometimes the stage has to change with them.
We can manage a regional or national production package across multiple dates while keeping the look, equipment standard and show operation consistent from venue to venue.

Employee & Recognition Awards
Internal recognition events move quickly and usually involve a lot of names, slides, walk-up music and people crossing the stage. We plan the show flow in advance and keep the technical operation tight once the first award is called.

From 250 guests in a hotel ballroom to large-scale business awards with 1,000 guests, the principles are the same: everyone needs to hear, see and follow the show, and the production needs to feel worthy of the occasion.
