Graduations are formal events with a very fixed running order, a lot of names and very little appetite for technical problems.

AYRE provides sound, staging, screens, lighting, presentation playback and technical crew for graduation ceremonies. We can support the main ceremony, overflow spaces, live relay, recording and presentation content depending on the venue and format.

We work with the organiser and venue in advance to plan sightlines, microphones, stage access, playback and cueing so the ceremony runs cleanly from the first graduate to the last.
