On Saturday 21 June 2025, the ballroom at The Queens Hotel, Leeds came alive for the All Out Together Ball – an evening of celebration, fundraising and community that reminded us exactly why we love doing what we do. As a proudly LGBTQ+-owned Yorkshire events company, we were buzzing to help bring the night to life and support a brilliant cause close to home.
What made the night special
Guests arrived to a VIP drinks reception, settled in for a three-course dinner, and were treated to wall-to-wall entertainment – hosted by Matt Jameson (yes, from Married at First Sight UK) with powerhouse vocalist Soraya Vivian. The show featured performances from The Viaduct Showgirls, Marigold Adams channelling Cher, Deborah Taylor, Kuill, and Tasha Hartigan. Headline and platinum supporters – including Evri, Weightmans, Flamingos Coffee House and Specsavers – helped ensure money raised on the night went straight to the charity’s work.
Our role
Our team handled the full technical production for the evening – from stage layout and lighting design to audio and screen content – with one simple aim: make every moment feel big, warm and effortless. We built a vibrant palette to match the Ball’s inclusive spirit, balanced speech intelligibility with live performance punch, and kept show flows tight so the fundraising could shine.
