At AYRE, we believe events have the power to bring people together, spark conversations, and celebrate the things that make us unique. That’s why we were so proud to support this year’s Pride in Diversity Awards in Leeds – a night dedicated to recognising and celebrating the individuals, organisations, and initiatives driving inclusivity across our region.

Hosted at First Direct Bank Arena, the event brought together a vibrant mix of business leaders, community champions, and allies, all united by a shared commitment to diversity and equality. From the moment guests arrived, the energy in the room was electric – this was more than an awards ceremony; it was a statement of pride and progress.

Our team provided full technical production for the evening, ensuring every speech, performance, and presentation looked and sounded its best. From crisp, clear audio to vibrant lighting and high-quality visuals, we worked closely with the organisers to create an atmosphere that was both celebratory and inclusive.

“Events like this are exactly why we do what we do,” said Chris Driver-Ayre, Managing Director at AYRE. “We’re not just here to provide the kit – we’re here to help tell stories, amplify voices, and create spaces where everyone feels seen and celebrated.”

For AYRE, supporting the Pride in Diversity Awards is more than just another job in the diary. It’s a reflection of our values:

  • We Love Everyone We Work With – built on genuine care, kindness, and appreciation for individuality.

  • We Support Everyone We Work With – empowering through encouragement and collaboration.

  • We Respect Everyone We Work With – valuing diverse perspectives and fostering dignity in everything we do.

It was an honour to play our part in making the night unforgettable for every guest, nominee, and winner. And as the final confetti fell and the applause echoed through the room, we were reminded just how powerful an inclusive event can be.

Here’s to celebrating diversity, championing equality, and creating spaces where everyone can shine.
